Terms of service

These terms govern the contract between CCNRmethod s.r.o. and you when you buy a membership in the CCNRmethod AI app or a live session with Valerie Baráková.

You are the person who buys a membership or a session. If you buy outside your business or profession, you are a consumer, and the parts of these terms that protect consumers apply to you.

By completing an order you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them.

1. What we offer

CCNRmethod AI — our main product. A membership in an online environment where you work on your patterns with a team of AI assistants built on the CCNRmethod® method, with a training plan, a notebook and an overview of your pattern.

Audit in the app — a single identification session with the Identifier, sold on its own: you sign in to the app, go through the identification and keep your pattern, the overview of it and your notebook for the time stated with the offer. The other assistants, the training plan and the workshop are part of the membership; your identification carries over if you join it.

Live audit — a one-to-one live session with Valerie Baráková, online.

1:1 mentoring — individual mentoring with Valerie Baráková, online, with the app as its companion.

The exact scope, price, length and dates are always stated with the specific offer, in the order, or agreed with you individually.

2. What the services are — and what they are not

The services are cognitive training, personal development and mentoring: work on yourself, on learned patterns and automatic reactions. They are not therapy, psychotherapy, psychological or psychiatric care, medical care, diagnosis or crisis intervention, and they do not replace any of these. No part of the services — the app, the assistants’ responses or the live sessions — is medical advice of any kind.

If you have a mental health condition, a personality disorder or another diagnosis, or if your state is critical, please turn to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency number.

The assistants in the app are artificial intelligence. They lead structured sessions by the CCNRmethod® method, but they can be wrong. What you take from them and how you use it in your life is your decision.

Results differ from person to person. We do not guarantee any particular personal, relational, professional, financial, health or other outcome.

The services are for adults (18+).

3. Ordering and the contract

The app. You order the membership on the website and pay through Stripe. Before you pay, you can check and correct what you entered. The contract is concluded when the payment is successfully completed. You receive a confirmation by e-mail and sign in to the app with the e-mail address you paid with.

Live sessions. You order a live audit or mentoring by contacting us — through the contact form or by e-mail. We agree the scope, the price and the date with you; the contract is concluded when we confirm them to you by e-mail. You pay by the invoice we send you, by its due date.

You are responsible for giving a correct e-mail address — the sign-in link and everything about your order go there.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and are stated with each offer or agreed with you. CCNRmethod s.r.o. is not a VAT payer, so the price you see is the price you pay. If we become obliged to charge VAT, it will be added to the price; for an ongoing membership we tell you in advance (section 18).

The membership is paid by card through Stripe; live sessions by invoice. Access to the app starts once the payment has gone through. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is paid.

You find your invoices and can change your payment method in your account (Account & membership).

5. The app membership

The membership is monthly and renews automatically at the price in force, until you cancel it.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in your account (Account & membership), or by writing to valerie@ccnrmethod.com. Cancelling stops the next payments; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and until then you can change your mind in the same place. Cancelling does not give you a refund for the rest of a paid period, unless the law says otherwise (section 12).

How the app works. The assistants open at intervals that are part of the method (for example once a day, or once a week); your training plan recommends how often to use each one. A session ends when the assistant closes it with its record, and closes by itself after a time without a message. These are features of the service, not defects.

Changes and availability. We develop the app continuously: we may change its features, appearance and the assistants, as long as the core of what you pay for — working on your patterns with the CCNRmethod® assistants — stays. The app may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates or an outage of a service we rely on; we keep such interruptions as short as we can.

6. Freezing the membership

You can freeze your membership at any time for one to two months, at most twice in any twelve months. The frozen time does not count: your next payment moves by its length, and so does your training plan. While frozen, you can read everything in the app but cannot start sessions or write in it. You can come back early; the unused days are returned to you, and the freeze still counts as one of the two. A freeze cannot start while a session is open.

7. Live sessions with Valerie

Live audits and 1:1 mentoring take place online, on Zoom or Google Meet. The date is agreed with you; the scope of mentoring is agreed individually.

Rescheduling. A session can be moved free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts — write to valerie@ccnrmethod.com. Later, it depends on Valerie’s capacity. If you do not come without letting us know in time, the session is considered delivered and you are not entitled to a new date or a refund.

If Valerie has to cancel a session, she offers you a new date; if none suits you, you get the price of that session back.

Recording. When you order, we ask you once for your consent to recording. With it, sessions are recorded and their content is captured with Plaud, an AI recording and transcription tool, so that you have the session to come back to and Valerie can follow up on it. You can ask for any session not to be recorded, and withdraw your consent at any time. How these recordings are handled is described in the privacy policy.

You need a working device with a camera and microphone and a stable internet connection.

8. Your account

The account is personal. You sign in with a link sent to your e-mail; keep access to that e-mail to yourself. Do not share your account or let anyone else use it.

If we suspect misuse of an account or a serious breach of these terms, we may limit or suspend access; we tell you why unless security or the law prevents it.

9. Your content and your data

What you write and say in the app is yours. You are responsible for it; please do not enter other people’s personal data beyond what you need to describe your own situation.

How we process your data — including the content of your sessions, the providers we use and your rights — is described in the privacy policy. In short: you can download all your data at any time; while you are a member, your data stays; 30 days after your access ends, your data is deleted — we e-mail you a week before. Renewing your membership before then stops the deletion.

10. Credit and referrals

We may offer credit — for example for recommending the app to a friend or for sharing your experience. Credit is always a discount on a future membership period: it has no cash value, cannot be paid out or transferred, and lapses when your account is deleted. The amounts and conditions are stated where the credit is offered, and we may change or end these offers for the future.

11. Intellectual property

CCNRmethod® is a registered trademark. The method, the app, its texts, the assistants and their instructions, and all materials are protected by copyright and other rights.

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app and the materials for your own development, for as long as your membership or the purchased service lasts. You may not copy, share, sell or publish them, build anything derived from them, or try to obtain the assistants’ instructions, without our written consent. Recording live sessions on your side requires Valerie’s consent.

What the assistants write for you in your sessions — your records, plans, overviews and workshop items — you may use freely for yourself.

12. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason.

The app. The membership starts as soon as you pay, because you ask for it to start right away. If you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund what you paid, minus a proportionate part for the period you had access.

The audit in the app. The audit is digital content delivered as soon as you pay, because you ask for it to start right away. By paying you agree that it starts before the 14 days are over, and once the identification session has been completed you lose the right to withdraw from it. If you withdraw before completing it, we refund what you paid.

Live sessions. If you ask for a session to take place within the 14 days and it is fully delivered, you lose the right to withdraw from it once it has been delivered. If the service was partly delivered (for example part of mentoring), we refund the proportion not yet delivered.

To withdraw, write to valerie@ccnrmethod.com with your name, the e-mail you ordered with, what you ordered, and a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract. We refund the money within 14 days of receiving it, by the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.

13. Complaints

If a service does not correspond to what was agreed, or has a defect that prevents its proper use, write to valerie@ccnrmethod.com: who you are, what you ordered, what the defect is and how you would like it resolved. We deal with complaints without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest, and let you know by e-mail.

Not a defect: problems caused by your device or internet connection, a wrong e-mail address, the intervals and limits described in section 5, or dissatisfaction with a personal result when the service was delivered as described.

14. Liability

We are responsible for providing the services as described. We are not responsible for how you use what you take from the app or the sessions in your personal, professional or business life, nor for any particular result.

We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, force majeure, or outages of third-party services (such as the AI provider, hosting, the video platform or the payment gateway).

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

15. Use of the services

Use the services lawfully and in a way that does not harm others or the service. In particular you may not enter unlawful, threatening or abusive content, attempt to access other people’s data, use automated tools to access the app, or try to circumvent its limits or security.

16. Ending the contract on our side

If you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, we may end the contract with immediate effect; we tell you why.

If we ever decide to end the service as a whole, we let you know at least 30 days in advance, stop charging you, and you can download your data before it ends.

17. Out-of-court dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve a dispute with a consumer directly, the consumer can turn to the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body: the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, www.coi.gov.cz. Consumers from other EU countries can also get help from the European Consumer Centre in their country.

18. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms — for example because of a change in the law, in the services or in how the app works. For an order, the terms in force when you placed it apply. For an ongoing membership we tell you about a change by e-mail or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect; if you do not agree, you can cancel your membership before then.

19. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer living in another country, this does not take away the protection that the mandatory laws of your country give you.

If any provision turns out to be invalid, the others remain in force, and the invalid one is replaced by one that comes closest to its purpose.

These terms are effective from 10 October 2026.
